Results- driven IT and Cyber Security Leader with 15+ years protecting companies against threats both external and internal. Talented at preemptively detecting unidentified threat vectors and applying preventive measures before security flaws can be exploited. Strong and proven expertise in the areas of IT Management, IT security management, and configuration and implementation of information security program.

Blaise worked with many small businesses to implement cybersecurity strategies based on well-known frameworks like ISO27001 and NIST 800-53, etc.  and have completed security posture assessment to ensure confidentiality, availability and integrity of critical information systems.

 

For the past five years, Blaise has focused on projects related to cyberspace and more specifically in the Caribbean region. Mr. Arbouet co-founded Haiti CyberCon (www.haiticybercon.com) to raise awareness of the security of digital space and YottaSec (www.yottasec.com) - an information security consulting firm.

Bruce is a results-oriented Privacy Professional with over 10 years of global Privacy experience. Bruce is an experienced Data Protection Officer for global companies and has developed and lead Privacy Compliance & Governance Programs. Bruce’s experience includes conducting privacy impact assessments, M&A due diligence, managing privacy incident process, monitoring global privacy legislation and development of privacy policies and procedures.
